Staffing Coordinator

To support agency operations, the part-time Staffing Coordinator will perform clerical and scheduling activities outside standard business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while addressing urgent caregiver scheduling issues. Key responsibilities Respond to on-call staffing needs and address urgent scheduling issues during evenings, weekends, and holidays Notify the Staffing Manager and Regional Director of Clinical Operations of any issues with unfilled or canceled shifts Document scheduling notes in the system and attempt to contact available personnel to fill shifts Required qualifications High school graduate; college degree preferred Preferred experience in staffing for a temporary agency or in-home health Knowledge of medical terminology or a general medical background is desirable Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with the ability to function with minimal direction
