Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support patients who are in hospice care, dealing with terminal illnesses, and facing complex emotional challenges. The populations served include individuals struggling with trauma, existential anxiety, and depression connected to their health conditions. Your interventions will not only focus on individual patients but also provide crucial family support during difficult times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive:
