Step into a dynamic contract opportunity near Garland, TX, working with K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This position is designed for those passionate about making a difference in students' communication, language, and social skills development. The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through May 2027, offering consistent hours—37.5 per week across five days.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license with CCC in Texas (SLP CCC TX)
• Background working with pediatric or school-based caseloads
• Relevant experience or strong clinical fellowship year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Enthusiasm for supporting diverse learners in a school environment

What You'll Do:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in kindergarten through 12th grade
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy to students, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain progress reports and data collection for ongoing evaluation and compliance
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations or services
