Qualifications:

• Current Texas licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred
• Expertise in both direct and indirect therapy services for diverse student populations

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage a dynamic caseload of students in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Provide direct and indirect therapy services tailored to individual education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct thorough progress tracking and maintain detailed case records
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to develop and implement effective supports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for student growth
