Job Full Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Seek out and screen applicants to fill existing openings with a high level of commitment and enthusiasm. Interview applicants and analyze data to determine if applicants meet company requirements. Inform applicants of current job openings on a daily basis. A pay increase and an incentive plan are available after the probationary period. (Typically with base and incentives, recruiters are looking at total compensation of $50,000-60,000 on average. The top performers are upwards of exceed $85,000.) The ideal candidate has a sales background or heavy customer service background as they will be on the phone 90% of the time with drivers detailing the benefits of driving for the company.
