Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, remote role. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Assisted Reproduction Technology market, including agencies, attorneys, clinics, physicians, and intended parents. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, building and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients, and managing lead generation activities through calls, emails, networking, and industry events. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to understand insurance products, prepare proposals, and support the development of customized solutions that address complex client needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, tracking performance metrics, and contributing ideas to improve sales strategies and client outreach.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret market data, client information, and insurance solutions.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships and delivering clear, professional client support.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new opportunities and expand the client base.
• Experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in insurance, financial services, or healthcare.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Skill in using CRM software and standard office tools (e.g., MS Office or similar productivity suites).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Knowledge of or interest in Assisted Reproductive Technology and related insurance products is a plus.
