Banquet Houseperson – Banquet Team The Banquet Houseperson is responsible for setting up and breaking down banquet tables, ensuring a clean and professional table setting for each event, and providing warm support to guests during events. The role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential. Responsibilities Set up and break down banquet tables and service stations. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient working area. Assist servers and banquet staff with table arrangements and guest needs. Ensure all banquet equipment is stored properly and accounted for. Follow health and safety standards at all times. Support team during event run‑throughs and daily operations. Qualifications Previous experience in banquet, event, or hospitality support preferred. Basic knowledge of banquet and event operations. Team player, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance. Physical ability to lift or move up to 100 pounds. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
