Group 1 Toyota Certified Capital Plaza is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience is required.
• Must be available to work Saturday's
• Positive & Friendly Attitude
• Interpersonal Communication skills
• Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience
• Ability to achieve targeted goals
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a Valid Driver's License

Compensation: The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions. The range in yearly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $60,000 - $100,000 / a year.
