Job Description Lead all aspects of branch performance and drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions. Create a differentiated customer experience, making banking easy in an omni‑channel environment and collaborating with ecosystem partners. Accountable for risk management, compliance, and adherence to regulatory guidelines and established policies. Build a high‑performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch team members. Utilize a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty, growing branch revenue through acquisition and share‑of‑wallet growth for consumer and business households. Drive business banking results through business development and community involvement activities. Coach team members to consultative selling, technology‑enabled interactions, and solutions that improve client financial well‑being. Lead effective problem resolution, making banking easy for customers and connecting all of PNC to deliver a seamless experience. Drive the employee experience, acquiring and retaining talent, and ensuring performance and activity expectations are met. Qualifications Required Skills and Competencies: Accountability, Banking, Client Counseling, Customer Experience (CX), Customer Loyalty, Decision Making, People Management, Proactive Behavior, Results‑Oriented Competencies, Branch Banking Services, Digital Awareness, Effective Communications, Managing Multiple Priorities, Sales Management. Typical experience: 3+ years of related experience or a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service). Education No degree is required. 3+ years of related experience is preferred. License & Certifications Candidates must be able to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
