About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting professional to join our team in Aztec, NM. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable Enters all incoming invoices for payment Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis Process payroll and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and reports Ensure compliance with GAAP and company financial policies and procedures Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial role Proficiency in accounting software (Sage50 or Quickbooks) Strong knowledge of general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team About Us: RODI Systems Corp is a trusted company based in Aztec, NM, with a strong reputation for delivering quality equipment.
