Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, strengths, and support systems.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans with measurable goals and therapeutic interventions conducive to healing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as necessary, ensuring that clients receive immediate support during critical moments.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
