Scheduling Coordinator

Manufacturing Planning Coordinator Location: Lavonia, GA plant. Primary Responsibilities Prepare shipping documentation for permitting based on load schedules. Generate and maintain reports to measure service levels, freight costs, scheduling changes, and load safety. Communicate Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs) to Homebuilding operations and schedule changes to field personnel. Order blueprints and coordinate delivery to the field. Provide support and backup for Scheduling and Logistics tasks, including order entry and delivery schedule creation. Key selection sheets and extra material. Execute weekly package billing, ensuring timely invoicing of all rough and trim packages; complete weekly/daily billing for miscellaneous material. Review site delivery reports for problems and report to leadership accordingly. Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned and cross‑train in other departments. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of related administrative experience. Strong communicator, both verbally and written, with the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent time‑management and organizational skills. Results driven with the ability to balance multiple priorities and changing demands. Willing to learn and take initiative. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Predominately Excel, Outlook, Word).
