What You’ll Do
- Apply cash receipts + reconcile accounts daily (Excel is your BFF here)
- Post customer payments accurately and efficiently
- Balance multiple tasks with strong organization + time management skills
- Handle data entry in our expanding corporate location with a focus on great customer service. Enter Purchase Orders & Receive Inventory into QuickBooks
- Support Accounts Payable as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Accounts Receivable (1 yr preferred — new grads welcome!)
- High School Diploma Required
- Strong Excel skills + basic accounting knowledge
- Someone teachable, coachable, detail‐oriented, and ready to learn
Nice‐to‐haves: Sage Intacct + QuickBooks experience
