Forklift Operator

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in El Paso, TX earning $15-16/hour . In this role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise, as well as performing a variety of general warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Load, unload, move, and stack materials and products according to company standards. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Assist with receiving deliveries, inspecting goods, and verifying accuracy of shipments. Perform inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts as required. Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Follow all safety guidelines, equipment operating procedures, and company policies. Support general warehouse functions including labeling, wrapping pallets, and staging shipments. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and shipping deadlines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Valid forklift certification/license (or willingness to obtain). Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment. Ability to lift up to [X lbs] and stand/walk for extended periods. Basic math and computer skills (inventory systems experience a plus). Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
