We’re looking for a passionate Family Medicine Physician (DO) to serve as Residency Core Faculty — shaping the next generation of physicians while providing comprehensive care to our patients. What You’ll Do: As a Family Medicine Physician , you’ll work in a supportive and collaborative environment rooted in cultural humility, integrity and compassion. In this role, you’ll: Provide full-spectrum family medicine care — including obstetric, psychiatric, surgical, and emergency services — as credentialed. Serve as core faculty for the Family Medicine Residency Program , dedicating approximately 50% of your time to resident education, precepting, curriculum development, and scholarly activities. Provide and precept inpatient Osteopathic Manual Manipulation (OMM) services at area hospitals and other healthcare facilities, as assigned. Provide teaching and evaluation of resident (OMM) skills through didactics presentations, workshops, and participate in osteopathic residency CCC. Mentor and evaluate residents and medical students, fostering their growth in both clinical and professional skills. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer review, and organizational committees. Collaborate with specialists and coordinate referrals to ensure continuity of care. Engage in community-focused health education and promote culturally responsive care. What You Bring: Board Certified in Family Medicine (or board eligible). Eligible for Washington State medical license and hospital privileges within four months of hire. Board Certified (or board eligible) in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (OMM/NMM). Demonstrated experience in teaching and precepting medical residents. Commitment to cultural humility and working effectively in a Native community. Current ACLS and/or PALS and/or ALSO certifications. Why PTHA?
