Qualifications

College Diploma/University Degree; exceptional and proven experience will be considered
At least 5 years of experience
Previous operations or trade experience
Strong Mechanical aptitude
Solid business and financial acumen

Responsibilities

Manage and operate the Vancouver cement terminal safely and efficiently
Maintain a safe and compliant work environment
Optimize terminal efficiency by improving productivity
Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive service delivery
Effectively manage the terminal budget and control operational costs
