Senior Mac IT Support & Identity Specialist

Magellan Jets in Quincy, MA seeks a Senior IT Support Specialist to own day-to-day IT support for ~140 end users in a Mac and iPhone environment. You will manage the helpdesk queue, end-user diagnostics, and device identity lifecycles, working onsite and remote. Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, Okta provisioning, Mosyle MDM, and security program support. You’ll partner with IT and other departments to improve the IT landscape while maintaining strong customer service. #J-18808-Ljbffr Magellan Jets
