Associate, B2B Partnership Management (KOL)-Affiliate Marketing

Job Description

• Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B and agency affiliate partners, ensuring strong performance against business KPIs.
• Develop partnership strategies and optimize campaign performance through data analysis and actionable insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international affiliate partners through regular communication and strategic collaboration.
• Create and execute partner engagement initiatives such as incentive programs, exclusive campaigns, and performance bonuses to drive motivation and results.
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new corporate and agency partners to expand the affiliate network.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors' degree in business, economics, finance, marketing or related fields
• 3+ years of work experience, preferably in partnership management, marketing or similar roles in an e-commerce/technology company.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems
• Strong relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
• Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
