Job Description

Join our dynamic nursing team in a 29-bed stepdown/medsurg unit that is currently under construction and set to open in the first quarter of 2026. Our flexible unit will cater to both floor and step-down patients, providing quality care for a diverse patient population with primarily medical diagnoses. As a Registered Nurse, you will work within a supportive environment focused on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Handle assignments of up to 6 med-surg or 3 stepdown patients.
• Titrate drips according to written orders and manage various medications including heparin, insulin, anti-hypertensives, and PCAs.
• Utilize EPIC for charting and electronic health records management.
• Collaborate with charge nurses and house supervisors while ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Work alongside Clinical Associates, maintaining a ratio of 1:10.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
• Experience with EPIC charting.
• New and experienced nurses are encouraged to apply.
