Qualifications You'll Thrive in This Role If You: Bring prior experience in customer service or sale - you know how to connect with people and close the loop. Are genuinely fired up about motorcycles, powersports, or the lifestyle - you speak the rider's language. Get a kick out of building rapport and turning a casual conversation into a successful sale and a loyal customer. Are a strong team player who shares the road and celebrates wins with the crew. Have a self-starting, "Aim for the Podium" attitude and constantly look for ways to level up your game. Thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings a new opportunity to serve the rider.
