As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you will play a critical role in driving customer outcomes, retention, and growth across a portfolio of key accounts. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to your customers—deeply understanding their business goals, guiding them in leveraging our platform, and ensuring they realize measurable value from our solutions. What You’ll Do Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers, acting as a strategic partner to support their business goals Drive customer retention and growth by increasing product adoption and identifying opportunities to expand value across the Storable platform Proactively manage account health, setting clear expectations and ensuring timely resolution of issues, requests, and initiatives Lead recurring business reviews (QBRs), delivering insights, performance trends, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and executive audiences Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to advocate for customer needs and improve the overall customer experience Educate customers on product enhancements, roadmap updates, and best practices to maximize impact Monitor and communicate customer health, risks, and opportunities using data-driven insights Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation plans, and align internal teams to ensure successful outcomes Develop a strong understanding of the storage industry and customer operating models to provide relevant, strategic guidance What You Bring 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role within a SaaS environment Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention, growth, and customer satisfaction Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at multiple levels, including executives Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives forward proactively Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform decisions and customer recommendations Collaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for technology and customer outcomes Nice to Have Experience in self-storage, real estate, or vertical SaaS industries Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms Experience supporting multi-product or platform-based solutions Travel Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and company events Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
