- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Process vendor invoices and payments in multiple currencies
- Manage end-to-end AP processes, including month-end close
- 3-way matching of receiving documents and invoices
- Handle vendor inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies
- Prepare payment runs and AP reports
- Support month-end and year-end accounting activities
