1st Shift Welder Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$18.00 /hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
Various shifts available (Sunday through Saturday)

Perform MIG welding on manufactured components
Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and welding specifications
Set up and operate welding equipment Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
Use hand and power tools as needed
Measure parts and ensure proper fit and alignment
Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety and production procedures
Meet quality and production standards

1st Shift Welder Qualifications:

Previous MIG welding experience required
Ability to read a tape measure and basic measurements
Ability to read and follow blueprints or work instructions
Strong attention to detail Good hand-eye coordination
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
