Our client, a highly regarded Atlanta-based Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an Insurance Litigation Associate Attorney with 1–4 years of experience to join its growing policyholder-side insurance practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate looking to build a long-term career on the policyholder side of insurance litigation while working alongside an experienced team on sophisticated insurance coverage matters. The practice handles complex coverage disputes involving CGL, umbrella, and excess policies, with opportunities to take on meaningful responsibility, develop strong client relationships, and work closely with senior attorneys. Policyholder insurance recovery experience is preferred, but candidates with strong insurance coverage litigation experience on the carrier side are encouraged to apply.
