Wound Care RN: Patient Advocate & Care Coordinator
Accelecare Wound Centers
Healogics is the leading provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, delivering care across 600+ sites. The RN will deliver direct patient care in the Wound Care Center, manage intake and discharge, and coordinate with physicians and case managers to ensure optimal outcomes for patients with chronic wounds.
The role includes potential HBO duties and involvement in quality improvement initiatives.
