Great compensation and benefits Manage unique, high-end custom homes throughout the Texas Hill Country Take true ownership of projects from preconstruction through final closeout Work closely with experienced Superintendents and trade partners High level of autonomy and visibility within a growing organization Opportunity to influence processes and operations as the company grows Culture built around accountability, quality, communication, and client experience Work on projects featuring complex architectural details, premium finishes, and extensive customization Job Details What you'll be doing: Own multiple projects from preconstruction turnover through completion and closeout Manage project budgets, cost-to-complete, purchase orders, allowances, forecasting, and financial performance Develop and maintain project schedules, critical paths, and recovery plans Identify scope gaps, constructability concerns, long-lead items, and potential budget or schedule risks Manage change orders from identification and pricing through approval and processing Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, procurement, and owner selections Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners and provide proactive project communication Partner with Superintendents to maintain schedule, quality, trade performance, and client expectations Conduct project walks, milestone reviews, and quality-control reviews Drive punch-list items, financial closeout, documentation, and client turnover through completion Maintain accurate project information within Buildertrend and other company systems What we're looking for: 5 years of residential construction project management experience Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, plans, specifications, and building systems Demonstrated experience managing both project budgets and schedules Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors, trade partners, and vendors Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Strong client-facing communication and organizational skills Comfortable holding internal teams and trade partners accountable Proficiency with construction management software and standard business technology Highly preferred: Luxury or high-end custom home construction experience Experience with complex architectural details and premium finishes Cost-plus or highly customized residential project experience Buildertrend or similar construction management software experience Experience working within a PM/Superintendent structure Familiarity with the Texas Hill Country construction market Interested in hearing more?
