(Cadence, talent, business management) They make sure different product teams have correct methodology, correct flow, correct operations. 3 people report to Manager now that do the role Small team so this candidate will centrally manage across entire Portfolio. Role: Looking for someone that can hone in more on the analytics side. Experience with reporting in Jira, views, etc. so they can become proactive. Performance and Financial management experience Business management oversight – Headcount, team structure Skills: Analysis skills and advanced excel Required Agility metrics and Financials experience – Need more expertise in this area.
