Looking for a job where you aren't stuck behind a desk?
Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Service & Sales Representative to join our Albuquerque team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position where you'll manage a local route, service commercial dishwashing equipment, deliver and restock products, and build relationships with customers.
No commercial dishwasher experience is required. We provide paid hands-on training.
What You'll Do- Manage an assigned local customer route using a company vehicle
- Visit approximately 6–11 customer locations per day
- Deliver, unload, and restock cleaning and sanitation products
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and make basic repairs
- Build relationships with restaurant and food-service customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend additional products and solutions
- Complete your assigned route and prepare your company vehicle for the following day
- $23/hour , with a typical 45+ hour workweek including overtime and on-call pay
- Anticipated annual earnings: $60,000–$65,000
- Monday–Friday schedule, typically 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
- On-call rotation approximately every 10 weeks
- Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and vacation
- Company vehicle during business hours
- Company phone, tools, uniforms, and paid training
- Career progression into a Service & Sales Representative role, where first-year earnings typically range from $70,000–$75,000
You may be a strong fit if you have experience in route delivery, route sales, pest control, food or beverage distribution, field service, customer service, merchandising, or another fast-paced physical job .
We're looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable working independently, enjoys interacting with customers, and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty.
Mechanical experience is helpful, but not required. We'll train you.
