Some days you'll be running appointments from company-generated leads - homeowners who've already reached out through our marketing, reputation, or referral network. Other days you'll be in the field prospecting, identifying opportunities in storm-impacted or aging neighborhoods, and building your own pipeline.You'll inspect roofs, siding, and windows, educate homeowners on their repair and replacement options - whether insurance-funded or retail - present estimates, close contracts, and guide clients through the entire project lifecycle. You're equal parts consultant, advocate, and closer.The balance of warm leads and self-generated business means your success isn't dependent on any single source. Your income is driven by your effort, and the opportunities here are unlimited.Key ResponsibilitiesYou 'll run appointments from company-generated leads, referrals, and marketing campaigns while also self-generating opportunities through prospecting, networking, and community engagement. Your day-to-day includes conducting thorough roof, siding, and window inspections, educating homeowners on their options, presenting estimates, and closing contracts.On insurance-funded projects, you'll navigate the claims process - working with adjusters, supplementing claims, and advocating for clients to ensure they receive what they're entitled to. You'll manage your pipeline in AccuLynx, coordinate with Production on project hand-offs and timelines, and attend weekly L10 meetings and training sessions.Above all, you'll represent the NBC brand with integrity in every interaction and build the kind of long-term referral relationships that fuel sustainable growth.What Matters MostThe right person for this role is a self-motivated closer who doesn't wait for leads - you create them. You're a natural communicator who builds rapport and trust quickly, and you're driven by results, not just activity. You're coachable, hungry to improve, and physically comfortable climbing roofs and walking job sites. You're tech-friendly, ready to use CRMs and mobile tools daily, and you carry yourself with the kind of professional presence that represents the NBC brand well.
