Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' substance abuse patterns and mental health needs, utilizing diagnostic tools and interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on addiction recovery strategies and mental wellness.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create holistic treatment approaches, discussing progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.

• Educate clients and their families on addiction treatment processes and supportive strategies, empowering them to actively participate in recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records, adhering to compliance standards and regulatory requirements regarding patient information.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
