Busser

HWARO is a chef-driven, Michelin-caliber dining experience rooted in Korean culinary tradition and refined through modern technique and hospitality. We are seeking a Busser who understands that excellence in service is built on precision, timing, and quiet mastery behind the scenes.

This role is essential to the rhythm of the dining room and requires an individual who takes pride in discipline, anticipation, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

The Busser at HWARO plays a critical support role in delivering a seamless guest experience. Working closely with the service and culinary teams, this position demands attention to detail, composure under pressure, and prior exposure to fine-dining or Michelin-level service environments.

• Maintain immaculate table settings, dining room cleanliness, and service stations at all times

• Execute precise table resets in alignment with Michelin service standards

• Support servers and captains with coordinated food runs, clearing, and re-marking

• Anticipate guest and team needs proactively

• Handle glassware, flatware, and china with consistency and care

• Maintain quiet, efficient service flow throughout each seating

• Uphold HWARO’s standards of hospitality, professionalism, and discretion

  -understanding the menu to help do spiel is expected!

• 2+ years of experience in fine dining or Michelin-recognized restaurants preferred

• Strong understanding of formal dining room etiquette and service pacing

• Ability to perform in a high-expectation, high-volume service environment

• Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness

• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move throughout service

• Professional demeanor and respect for structure and standards

• Hourly wage: $11.35 minimum (tipped wage)

• Additional compensation: Tip pool participation

• Position type: Part-time

• Schedule: Thursday – Saturday availability required
