COMMERCIAL PRODUCER | Top National Broker

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain a book of commercial business (middle-market focus, $50K+ premiums)
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Conduct needs assessments and risk analysis
• Present comprehensive insurance solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams (risk management, claims, operations)
• Cross-sell across P&C, Benefits, and Personal Lines platforms
• Leverage proprietary AI tools to enhance presentations and close rates

 
QUALIFICATIONS

• Active P&C license
• Middle-market account experience
• Proven new business development track record
• Entrepreneurial mindset with growth ambition
