Description:

• A THE CLIENT Mission Services Center Manager oversees workforce development programs, training classes, and community support operations inside a THE CLIENT Education and Training Center.
• The Mission Services Manager leads, develops, and monitors workforce development programs and services within a regional THE CLIENT Education and Training Center. This role combines staff supervision, case data tracking, community partnership building, and compliance management to help community members overcome barriers to employment and achieve self-sufficiency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Program Oversight: Coordinate schedules, workloads, and service delivery workflows across educational and vocation-readiness programs.
• Team Supervision: Recruit, train, coach, and hold instructors, job developers, and case specialists accountable to program benchmarks and expectations.
• Compliance & Accreditation: Monitor documentation to ensure strict adherence to state and federal funding requirements, internal policies, and CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and sustain strategic relationships with local businesses, chambers of commerce, social service agencies, and funding partners to create a strong client referral and job placement base.
• Data Management: Utilize program databases (such as CRM or client tracking software) to maintain accurate, secure, and confidential records, generating timely reports to track target participant outcomes.
• Funding & Development: Assist with grant research, application processes, and the growth of local funding relationships to scale community programmatic reach.

Required Education & Background:

• Degree: Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, business administration, education, or a closely related field is highly preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience: Minimum of 1–2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience alongside full-time work in job training, case management, or workforce development.
• Vetting: Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving history, proof of insurance, and the ability to pass a mandatory criminal background check and screening process.

• Systems Proficiency: Demonstrated comfort tracking data in payroll/HR databases (like ADP), client tracking systems, and presentation or workspace tools.
