About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to spearhead the product vision, strategy, and execution for a portfolio of high-volume e-commerce destinations within the healthcare and wellness ecosystem. The CPO will be the key figure in aligning executive leadership, product management, and software engineering, and will be responsible for leading the architectural strategy and end-to-end product rollout of a custom telehealth platform. This role demands a leader with a strong background in multi-SKU e-commerce, complex financial and administrative integrations, and advanced data-driven customer personalization. The successful candidate will be tasked with modernizing core infrastructure, scaling proprietary brand portfolios, and driving long-term enterprise value. Key responsibilities include serving as the strategic and technical bridge between C-suite strategy and product vision, overseeing the selection and optimization of a Customer Data Platform and personalization engine, and expanding technical integrations with key healthcare benefit administrators and financial institutions. The ideal CPO will have a minimum of 10 years' product leadership experience, a proven track record in high-growth e-commerce, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and align senior stakeholders. Experience in telehealth or health-tech infrastructure, as well as hands-on experience with modern CDPs and personalized recommendation algorithms, is essential.
