Finance Manager - Global HR

Job Overview Position: Finance Manager - Global HR Location: New Brunswick, NJ Responsibilities Collaborate with functional leaders to influence and shape business decisions Support quarterly business reviews and prepare executive-level presentations Manage risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to leadership Ensure adherence to financial policies, SOX requirements, and internal controls Produce accurate, timely, and meaningful financial analysis to influence business decisions Directly supervise a team of analysts and foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Support finance transformation and systems implementation activities Qualifications / Requirements Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Accounting, Finance or related business field 6+ years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance Strong leadership abilities, business collaboration, and ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity Strong framing, communication and presentation skills – ability to synthesize data into clear narratives for senior leadership Experience with financial planning & analysis, financial reporting, internal controls, and forecasting Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Preferred Qualifications Advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial accreditations Knowledge of financial systems, planning tools, and reporting platforms such as SAP, AFO, Anaplan Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading a team and developing talent Other Requirements This position is in New Brunswick, NJ and may require up to 10% domestic travel. Compensation and Benefits The anticipated base pay range for this position is $102,000.00 - $177,100.00. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program and its consolidated retirement plan (401(k)).
