Your Role
O Positiv is looking for a Sr. Manager, Influencer & Affiliate Marketing to own and scale both channels across the brand's portfolio. You'll lead strategy end-to-end – developing a full-funnel creator program that spans organic influencer, affiliate, and paid amplification – while serving as the connective tissue between creator activations and our broader brand and performance marketing efforts.
You'll report to the VP of Brand and collaborate closely with our Creative, Social, Paid Media, and Retail teams. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand-building and conversion, knows how to build programs that scale, and can move fast without sacrificing quality.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Influencer Marketing
- Develop and execute a full-funnel influencer strategy across organic, affiliate, and paid channels – from always-on programming to key product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Oversee creator sourcing, briefing, contracting, negotiating, content feedback, and usage rights at scale
- Develop clear, on-brand creative briefs in partnership with Social and Creative teams that set creators up to produce content that feels authentic and performs
- Build and nurture long-term creator and ambassador partnerships that drive sustained brand advocacy and community growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Paid Media, Creative, and Legal to integrate influencer content into broader marketing initiatives
- Stay ahead of platform trends, creator economy shifts, and competitive activity – and bring smart, disruptive ideas to the table
- Affiliate Marketing
- Build and scale a long-term, high-performing affiliate program with a focus on conversion and revenue
- Recruit and activate a strong affiliate portfolio, manage commissions, tracking, and partner communications
- Create competitive commission structures and promotional offers to motivate and retain top-performing partners
- Collaborate with influencers to produce UGC that fuels paid media, email, and web – ensuring creator content works hard across the full funnel
- Manage and optimize affiliate platforms (e.g., Superfiliate) to track performance and payouts accurately
- Performance & Operations
- Define KPIs across both channels – including ROAS, GMV, conversion rate, EMV, and engagement – and translate performance data into clear recommendations and optimizations
- Develop frameworks, playbooks, and operational systems to standardize execution across influencer and affiliate programs
- Manage and allocate budgets across initiatives, balancing brand-building and performance goals
- Lead campaign reporting and present learnings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience:
- 5-9+ years of experience in influencer and/or affiliate marketing, with demonstrated ownership of strategy and execution across both channels
- Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube – how they work, what performs, and where the space is heading
- Experience managing influencer/affiliate platforms (Superfiliate, Trybe, billo, etc.)
- Strong brief-writing and storytelling skills – you can translate brand strategy into creative direction a creator actually wants to execute
- Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and hold external partners accountable
- Interpersonal:
- Highly organized with strong project management instincts – comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously
- Collaborative and clear communicator across Brand, Creative, and Paid teams
- Genuine passion for women's health, wellness, or CPG – and an understanding of how to talk about these topics in ways that feel real, not clinical
- Additional Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Experience with TikTok Shop and affiliate/commission-based creator programs
- Background in DTC or health and wellness brands
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Hours and Compensation
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $140,000 - $170,000 annually. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
