Key Responsibilities
As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will:

• Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure proper coding and approvals
  
  
• Manage vendor payments and maintain accurate accounts payable records
  
  
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
  
  
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding outstanding invoices and payment inquiries
  
  
• Assist with month-end close, AP reconciliations, and additional accounting responsibilities as needed
  
  

Qualifications
Ideal candidates for this Accounts Payable Specialist role will have:

• Previous accounts payable or general accounting experience
  
  
• Strong experience with invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations
  
  
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems
