Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, focusing on musculoskeletal health, to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement targeted therapeutic exercise programs that cater to specific orthopedic conditions, ensuring optimal recovery and rehabilitation.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, adjusting therapy protocols based on real-time feedback and outcomes to enhance recovery trajectories.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to establish a cohesive treatment approach, ensuring a seamless continuum of care.
• Educate patients on injury prevention strategies, effective self-care techniques, and rehabilitation exercises to facilitate long-term health and wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries, including but not limited to those with joint replacements, fractures, tendon injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will play a critical role in guiding these individuals as they navigate their rehabilitation journeys, helping them regain independence and improve functionality.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• At least 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in physical therapy, with a strong focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Deep understanding of orthopedic conditions and effective treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and contributions.
