Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility and function.
• Utilize a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and educational resources, to guide patients in their rehabilitation journey.
• Minimize reliance on medications and surgical interventions by providing alternative solutions that empower patients to manage their physical challenges effectively.
• Implement tailored fitness and wellness programs that cater to the unique needs and goals of individual patients.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, tracking progress and modifying care plans as needed to ensure quality outcomes.

• Actively promote wellness by teaching strategies to enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility caters to a diverse range of orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will work closely with individuals of varying ages and physical capabilities, ensuring personalized care that respects their unique circumstances and goals. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current certification and a valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A clean professional record without any disciplinary actions or license restrictions.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Proficient in developing and delivering exercise regimens that facilitate recovery and enhance strength.
• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques to provide effective interventions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with patients undergoing pre and post-operative rehabilitation for orthopedic conditions.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance patient management and documentation processes.
• Skills in conducting workshops or seminars that promote community wellness and physical health.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 110,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
