Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions and limitations upon intake and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation, to optimize recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress thoroughly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback.
• Provide education to patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and rehabilitation exercises to enhance understanding and compliance.
• Stay informed of current developments in physical therapy practices, integrating best practices and new techniques into patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging between USD 110,000 and 130,000 annually, based on credentials and experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees' well-being and work-life balance.
