Qualifications/ Skills Required:

• At least 2+ years in agency recruiting, with a strong focus on business development and client acquisition.
• Preference for recruiters with experience in accounting, finance, tax, audit, &/or treasury.
• A hungry, go-getter attitude. We love people who are driven by success and the thrill of the hunt.
• Strong sales skills and a proven track record of successful client acquisition.
