Senior Product Designer

Job Description

Join a profitable, bootstrapped software company with global scale, real customers, and a big growth story ahead. With products serving thousands of businesses worldwide — including a scheduling platform powering 11M bookings per month — they’re building out their US Division in Miami and hiring a high-impact product/design leader to help shape what comes next.

This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of product, design, and engineering, bringing strong US market taste, product judgment, and technical credibility to a global organization. You’ll help steer product direction, elevate design quality, and influence teams across the US, Poland, India, and the UK as the business modernizes for an AI-native future.

Ideal for someone who is visually strong, highly technical, commercially aware, and excited by the chance to have real ownership inside a stable, mission-led company.

Why it’s exciting:

\n
• Profitable, bootstrapped, no outside investors
\n
• Global product scale and reach
\n
• High-ownership role with real influence
\n
• Hybrid flexibility
\n
• Mission-driven business focused on keeping service human
