Senior Attorney - Product Liability & Class Action Litigation Practice Group Dykema’s Houston office is seeking a Senior Attorney with 6+ years of litigation experience to join its Product Liability & Class Action Litigation practice group. The Firm is particularly interested in candidates with defense litigation experience, especially in catastrophic personal injury and product liability matters; experience with automotive, heavy equipment, industrial, or other complex manufactured products is a plus. The role involves handling all aspects of complex litigation, including motion practice, discovery, brief writing, depositions (taking and defending), court appearances, client interaction, and trial preparation and participation. Candidates should have strong experience managing cases from fact investigation through resolution. Excellent written and oral communication, and advocacy skills are essential. The role demands attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Admission to practice law in Texas is required. Why Dykema?
