Join Our Team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at FunXional Behavior!
Looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families? FunXional Behavior is on the lookout for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Based in the Las Vegas valley, we specialize in providing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, primarily serving children in the foster care community and families with Medicaid. What You’ll Do as an RBTAs an RBT with FunXional Behavior, you’ll play a critical role in helping children achieve their developmental goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes. - Implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). - Teaching essential life skills and promoting positive behaviors. - Collecting and recording data to monitor progress and outcomes. - Collaborating with families and the FunXional Behavior team to ensure the best possible care for each child.

Here’s what we’re looking for: - A current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain one). - A passion for helping children and families succeed. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. - Ability to work independently and follow treatment plans.
