Patient Account Representative

To support the billing and collection processes, the full-time Patient Account Representative will manage incoming and outgoing communications with patients and insurance companies regarding account balances, ensuring compliance with client policies and procedures while working remotely. Key responsibilities Facilitates the billing and collection of outstanding accounts receivable Communicates with internal and external contacts to resolve claims and billing inquiries Monitors daily queues and documents actions taken to support claims inquiries Required qualifications High School Diploma / GED or 3 years of relevant equivalent experience 0-2+ years of experience in office, business, operations, customer service, or healthcare Familiarity with insurance portals and billing processes Proficiency in desktop applications, including Word and Excel Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
