Bilingual Community Health Outreach Specialist
Family Health Centers of San Diego
Family Health Centers of San Diego is seeking a Patient Engagement Specialist I to recruit patients into our care system and connect the underserved with essential services. You will work with clinic teams and community partners to plan, execute, and evaluate outreach efforts across sites. Requirements include 1 year in sales, patient engagement, or community health; Associate’s degree preferred; bilingual English/Spanish required; valid CA driver’s license for travel between sites. #J-18808-Ljbffr Family Health Centers of San Diego
