Join our team and discover why we are atop veteran employer and Certified Great Place to Work™ Agile Decision Sciences, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Records Management Specialist 3 to support our nationwide contract to provide the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) with library and records management services. Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience with records, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Experience with records management systems or repositories such as SharePoint strongly desired. Responsibilities: Ensures a controlled documentation system, record retention, and information services including electronic records retention processes in accordance with regulatory requirements. Ensures compliance to the requirements from regulatory agencies. Maintains the technical and non-technical documentation change system. Assures procedures are in place to classify and maintain records. Interprets and enforces all documentation formatting, standards, policies, and operating procedure requirements. Identify submission components, communicate documentation standards and coordinate assembly of regulatory dossiers. Analyze and evaluate data, extract pertinent information, prepare information abstracts and executive summaries of material searched. Maintain extensive knowledge of product information and continuous contacts with local, regional, and divisional customers.
