Your Mission As part of the Engine team, you'll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here's what you'll take charge of: Lead Salesforce Development : Develop and maintain Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements. Drive process improvements : Adapt and update Salesforce architecture as‑needed to maintain continuity of operations and support the growth of the business. Application development : Basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components; assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new or updated applications and code. Testing & Debugging : Perform unit, integration, and regression testing; debug issues and ensure system stability. UAT & Stakeholder Coordination : Lead UAT testing, gather feedback, and work with stakeholders to ensure system acceptance. Coding Best Practices & Data Quality : Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure data consistency and integrity. Technical Documentation : Create and maintain system architecture, API, and operational documentation. What You’ll Bring AI‑First Development : Hands‑on experience using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools to accelerate building, debugging, and shipping — with the judgment to review, test, and validate AI‑generated code rather than ship it blind. Experience : 3‑5+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce Development, certified Salesforce Platform Developer, and knowledge of Data Cloud architecture. Skills : Problem‑solver with HTML, XML, Flex, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, REST and SOAP‑based web services and thrives in fast‑paced, innovative environments. Tech‑Savvy : Familiarity with developing on other cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. Mindset : Ready to roll up sleeves, collaborate, and deliver results that matter. Compensation & Benefits Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process. Base Pay Range : $113,475—$157,000 USD Compensation : Competitive base pay tied to role and experience, with opportunities for bonuses, commissions, and equity.
