Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction with landscape and grounds maintenance services Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss ongoing projects, renew contracts, and identify opportunities for additional enhancement work Network with clients, industry associations, and subcontractors to generate referrals and new business leads Collaborate with Foremen to organize and oversee daily tasks for landscape and maintenance teams Provide guidance, motivation, and training to team members, supporting their professional development through the company’s training program Assist with the preparation and organization of tools, equipment, and materials for daily operations Ensure adherence to proper horticultural practices and safety procedures, and help train staff in these areas Support Landscape and Maintenance leaders to ensure efficient and high-quality completion of all tasks Review and verify work orders and timesheets for accuracy before administrative approval Assist in preparing billing materials and client invoices Utilize company software for time tracking, estimating, and contract management Participate in ongoing education and industry events to stay current with best practices Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in the landscape industry Strong horticultural knowledge Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive Excellent communication skills with clients and team members Spanish language skills are a plus, or willingness to learn Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Willingness to learn company-specific software and procedures Commitment to ongoing professional development in the landscape industry Benefits Paid Vacation, Holidays, and Personal Days Paid Health, Vision, and Life Insurance Retirement Plan with Company Matching Paid Educational Seminars and Workshops Uniforms provided (from the waist up) Year-end profit sharing Year-round work with no snow removal required Supportive, family-oriented team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Monthly company events and staff recognition #J-18808-Ljbffr Air Comfort, Inc
