Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00a to 5:00p. No nights or weekends (per Order notes)

• Outpatient primary care coverage focused on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention (per Order notes)
• Average volume noted as 12 completed visits per day (per Order notes)
• EMR: AthenaOne (per Order notes)
• Spanish preferred (per Order notes)

Site Support

• MA support noted as 1.5 MAs per clinician (per Order notes)
